The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is currently recruiting veterans to participate in user experience study. The VA wants to make it easier for veterans to navigate, apply for benefits, manage their online accounts, and track applications for VA benefits. Teams at the VA want to hear your feedback about improvements they are making to the new VA website, mobile applications, and other digital tools.  All veterans are welcome to participate. Additionally, the VA is seeking caretakers, family members, and soon-to-separate active duty service members. All participants will receive a nominal thank you gift from the VA.
